WHY DOES IT TAKE 7 TO 15 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PRODUCTS TO ARRIVE?
We work with international products at very competitive market prices, and to do so we need to work with international suppliers (USA, Europe, and Asia).
Therefore, when a new order is placed in our store, we send the request to our suppliers and they ship directly to your home.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING CODE?
We will send the tracking code directly to your email within 3 business days. This is because our suppliers (the manufacturers of the products) require this time frame.
If, after this period, you have not received the tracking code, please send us an email to: contato@armazemdenegocios.com, including your order number (something like #4321) and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
MY TRACKING CODE IS NOT SHOWING ANY INFORMATION.
Yes, there are no updates between the country of origin and the destination country. This is because the package is not being moved. You will be notified as soon as it arrives in the destination country. After its arrival, you will be notified of each movement, just as we are accustomed to with domestic orders.
ARE THERE ANY FEES I STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE PRODUCT?
No, only the full price of the product. Our products are not taxed by Customs or local delivery companies. However, if any taxes are levied, we will take responsibility and pay any fees.
